At Anisty Equine, every session is about restoring harmony between body and movement. Through specialized training with Helen Wood’s HJW Equine Studies, Anisty has developed a refined understanding of the equine body — how posture, muscle tension, and subtle misalignments can affect comfort, behavior, and performance.
Using gentle, hands-on bodywork techniques, she helps horses:

While bodywork supports overall wellness and performance, Anisty Equine works in collaboration with veterinarians when medical treatment or diagnosis is required. Her services are not a replacement for veterinary care, but a valuable complement to it — helping horses heal, strengthen, and thrive through holistic, hands-on support.

While her primary focus is equine wellness, Anisty also extends her bodywork and holistic care to dogs, cats, and other companion animals.
About Anisty Equine
Anisty Equine was born from a lifelong love of horses and a deep desire to help them move, feel, and perform their best. Founded by Anisty Munson, a dedicated young equestrian and certified Equine Therapist through Helen Wood’s HJW Equine Studies.
Anisty Equine combines compassion, intuition, and science-based techniques to support the wellbeing and balance of every horse she works with.
From an early age, Anisty’s world revolved around horses — their personalities, their subtle cues, and the special bond that forms through trust and care. Her training with HJW Equine Studies strengthened this connection, giving her the knowledge and hands-on experience to assess alignment, movement, and comfort with precision and empathy.
Today, Anisty Equine provides gentle, individualized equine bodywork sessions designed to promote alignment, improve performance, and enhance overall wellness. Whether supporting a performance horse or helping an aging companion stay comfortable, Anisty approaches each horse with patience, respect, and genuine love for what she does.

Anisty Equine is the real deal. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and the before-and-after speaks for itself. After a pulling-back incident, I noticed my mare developed diarrhea and chronic runny eyes. She’s a rescue with a long history of challenges, and we’ve been fighting uphill since the day we brought her home.
Anisty explained how imbalance in the lumbar can affect the digestive system and the atlas can impact the drainage around the eyes and nose. She is very knowledgeable in her craft.
